Taos Big Read Kickoff!

TAOS BIG READ KICKOFF! Come by for free Mexican and New Mexican food, mariachi music, readings, kids’ coloring pages by local artist El Moisés, and information about our month-long celebration of books and reading. The first 100 adults who come to adult portion of the event will receive a free copy of Sun, Stone, and Shadows: 20 Great Mexican Short Stories.

Noche de la Lectura (A Night of Reading)

Ranchos Elementary School will present Noche de la Lectura (A Night of Reading) for students and parents on November 25th. Families will be treated to a reading of My Life with the Wave, a children’s story adapted from the Octavio Paz story of the same name, as well as food and skits.
